What Is The Cash Finder System?
The Cash Finder System is teaches you how to make money in real estate. Although, it is not the same concept as buying and flipping houses or becoming a real estate agent.
To get started, it will cost you $99.00. After, you will receive their 12 training modules that teaches you how to find homeowners who are no longer living at the house and are looking to sell it.
Often times, these houses are badly damaged and were foreclosed previously.
Throughout the course, you will learn how to find these homeowners and how to make a huge profit for your time.
Once you’ve successfully located a seller, you’ll have to find a buyer, but you’ll offer them a price that is way higher than what you and the homeowner originally agreed upon.
Once the transaction is completed, you will get to keep the difference in the the transaction. Instead of getting paid a percentage like a regular real estate agent.
You’ll get a far bigger cut as long as you’re able to negotiate for more money.
Example of the system in action:
You located a potential house and it’s owner. After negotiation, the owner agrees to part ways with their home for $500,000.00.
After searching for a buyer, you come across a potential client that is interested.
Instead of telling him or her the owner’s agreed price at $500,000.00, you tell this customer the cost of the home is $600,000.00.
Once the transaction is completed, you will get to keep the finders fee and profit $100,000.00.
I was intrigued when I found out about this system, so I decided to dig deeper to see what the Cash Finder System is really about.
The following will contain a breakdown on what you will find in the cash finder system.
The 12 Training Modules
You are first presented with a video that contains slides and a narrator explaining pretty much what I talked about above. The modules will teach you how to execute their strategy.
Modules #1-3:
The first 3 modules are introductions to the product and real estate. You will not learn anything until you reach module 3, wholesaling 101.
It does very well introduce you to the basics of real estate and terminologies such as fair market value and maximum allowed value.
I highly recommend taking notes before proceeding to the next modules because it will set the stage for your coming lessons.
Module 4-9:
The following 6 lessons focuses on how to find homeowners who are interested in selling their house. Afterward, you will learn how to market yourself.
Hopefully, people will eventually come looking for you to sell their homes instead.
You will learn how to qualify buyers by using sources like Craigslist to build a list of potential buyers to start the negotiation process.
Module 10-12:
In module 10 through 12, you will learn how to finalize the deal and understanding how you will be getting paid.
The most important part about this final lesson is to keep a positive mindset, so you can replicate what you did to generate more money in the long run.
Does The Cash Finder System Work?
Absolutely! This system works, but it’s nothing like what the system claims. Real estate is a very lucrative business and earning thousands of dollars in commission is not unheard of.
However, earning $3000.00, $ 5,000.00, and $10,000 per day is not very realistic.
I personally hate false claims, but if you are realistic about this type of business in terms of potential earnings. You can definitely make money with the Cash Finder System.
Keep in mind, real estate is a very competitive market, which means you are going up against many others who have actual training, experience, and most importantly, connection.
If it’s easy, then it’s probably not worth it. If it’s worth it, then it’s probably not easy.
The Up-Sell Of The Cash Finder System
The module contains a lot of information, but in order to obtain more modules, you would need to spend an additional $195.00 and $995.00.
That to me is outrageous! The $99.00 value should’ve contained ALL of the modules, but I guess it’s the nature of the business right?

Do I Recommend The Cash Finder System?
The Cash Finder System is not a scam since you are getting the resources that you pay for. However, it’s the methods of being a deceptive marketer that makes the Cash Finder System questionable.
If you want to become a real estate agent, I don’t think I would recommend choosing the Cash Finder System as your source of information.
The Cash Finder System just makes it sound too easy. I do have friends in the real estate business and the most difficult is being the home finder.
If you’re looking for ways to make money online. For starters, you can check out mobile earning opportunities such as Swagbucks or Featurepoints.
