Making money online gives you the ability to work remotely which comes with the following benefits: creating your own work schedule, work environment, and the freedom to do what you want.

Unlike the traditional job where you have to work from 9 AM to 5 PM based on a 5 day per week schedule. You don’t have that when it comes to making money online.
Before making money online, I didn’t view working my job as any more than a daily routine. As soon as 5 PM hits, my mind is checked out from work until the following morning for my 9 AM shift.
Now I know why people call it a rat race. I seriously saw myself as the rat working for a master in a rat wheel. Even if I end up winning the race, in the end, I’m still a rat.
Working whenever you want is great, but I’d like to provide you with an important tip that I try to follow from the start of Smart Affiliate Hub.
Since you don’t have a boss breathing down your neck. You’ll have to manage yourself and that includes time management.
I’ve dedicated specific days to work on my blog whether it is content production or marketing. You don’t want to start procrastinating because you won’t get anything done. So choose a time and a day that works best for you and stick to it.
Having The Ability To Take Long Breaks
I remember I used to feel so relieved when it’s time to take a break at work. However short it was, it was still amazing. But with my online business, I have the ability to take long breaks and I mean seriously long ones.
Sometimes I would take a break for a full day and that’s all thanks to my batching system. I create enough content that gets automatically published throughout the week, so I can take a break and not worry about having new content on my blog.
The short breaks you get from work is simply not enough. In the back of your mind, you’re still thinking about how much longer you have until you have to return back to work. In the comment section down below, please tell me if you feel this way as well!
Having Multiple Streams Of Income
Our body can only do so much before you get burned out. Your body can only physically be at one location at a time, so by working a traditional job. It is difficult to generate multiple streams of income.
By making money online, you have the ability to diversify the flow of your money. With affiliate marketing, you can promote and make money from different companies (not just anyone specific).

You Can Travel More Often
For those who have been following Smart Affiliate Hub for quite some time now. You’ll notice that I do travel quite frequently. Not as frequent as travel bloggers, but I do travel especially to 2 to 3 times per year (not for business).
Making money online gives you the financial ability as well as the time flexibility to travel more often. Life is short and you only have so much time to enjoy your youth.
I don’t plan on traveling as often once I’m old. But that’s what most people will have to do thanks to the traditional job system where you retire at the age of 65.
Once you’re retired at that age, you’ll have the time flexibility, but your body is likely to be worn out at that point. You won’t be able to actually enjoy your vacations.
Now even if you’re already quite old when starting your online business, at least you have extra income and not have to depend on government support to go on vacations (if that’s even enough).
