The process will take around 5-10 minutes. Divi 4.0 does provide a tutorial on most of its functions. I can’t go in-depth on how to use Divi 4.0 since it does come with a ton of features and my time is limited.
The good news is, Divi does have a demo page that allows you to customize it. It’s a great way to see how Divi 4.0 works before you make it your own.

For that, you will have to spend money on getting web hosting and a domain name. But again, this is not required. I will give you the Divi 4.0 theme even if you don’t sign up for my recommended services.
