My Honest Review Of BigSpot.com

  • Website:https://www.bigspot.com/
  • Name: BigSpot.com
  • Price: Free
  • Claims: Make money by sharing your opinions
  • Founder: Unknown
  • Rating: 1 out of 5 stars

The BigSpot.com is another one of those websites that claim you can make money by sharing your opinion. I am not a huge fan of survey related websites because they are usually a waste of time.

The reason why I make money online is so I can have the freedom of time, money, and location. Survey websites require your input and the payout is less than what you would earn at Mc Donald.

However, we are all different and some people like my younger cousin thinks it’s quite fun to fill out surveys to earn a few dollars here and there.

In this article, we will go over if you can actually make money at BigSpot.com or if it’s just another scam that’s going to waste your time. (Time is money).

BigSpot.com In A Nutshell

BigSpot.com is a survey website that allows you to share your opinion on products and services by filling out surveys. In return, you will receive points which you can redeem for cash prizes or gift cards. It sounds easy, but the reality is the complete opposite.

From my experience, after you sign up for websites like BigSpot.com, they will refer you to the actual survey website(s). They do that, so when you complete surveys or purchase anything at all, they will earn a commission.

Is BigSpot.com A Scam?

Well, what the owners behind BigSpot.com are doing is not a scam, but it’s definitely not honest. What I mean by that is providing misleading information. From the first glance, you’re going to assume that BigSpot.com is the provider and will be the one paying you, but in actuality, they are just the middleman.

I wouldn’t recommend this to my readers and I am not surprised if you start receiving spam if you give them your email address. However, if you do what to try it out. I do suggest that you create a throwaway email address for that purpose.

Completing Online Surveys Is A Waste Of Time Anyway

The only person who is really going to make money from surveys is the referrer, in this case, BigSpot.com. I’ve tried to make money from survey websites in the past, but I just lack the patience. You see, the payout is way too low for the time you have to spend filling out surveys. This is true when it comes to any survey websites.

I’ve also had a horrible experience with paid survey websites, where I was very close to reaching the payout threshold, but my account got terminated without reason.

In the end, you’re probably going to give up after filling out a couple surveys. How many you fill out doesn’t matter to BigSpot.com. What they are looking for is having hundreds or even thousands of people filling out those surveys because they get a commission for the mass majority. Whereas, you must complete enough surveys on your own to reach the required payout threshold.

The BigSpot.Com Doesn’t Care If You Make Money

The BigSpot.com is designed solely to collect your information: Email Address, Date of Birth, Gender, Ethnicity, and Country, so they can sell it to the highest bidder.

It hides the truth by disguising as a survey provider, but what it’s actually doing is collecting your email and spamming you with surveys. What’s crazy is, they will send you to different sources and that makes it extra difficult to actually make money.

It’s hard enough to build enough points to cash out on one survey site, imagine if you have to do it on multiple survey sites. Well, they don’t care because they get paid for referring you.

Forget About Surveys If You Really Want To Make Money Online

One of the most inefficient ways to make money online is completing surveys. It requires a lot of your input, time, and the rewards are low. You will never be able a sustainable full-time income.

  1. Great Review! I do not know how these kinds of outlets continue to survive? It does not take a minute, it would seem, to realize you are chasing your tail.

I guess Barnum was right. "A suckered born every second."

  2. Hey CT Brown,

Yea, unfortunately, they do recreate a different website under a different name once their scheme gets exposed. That's why it's up to us to keep our readers informed to prevent them from getting scammed.

    Cheers,
    Eric
