Another year has passed! I’d like to wish you all a prosperous new year with great health.
The year 2019 left us like a storm with lots of valuable lessons in life. For example, I had expectations for Smart Affiliate Hub in which I did not meet.
However, I learned why I didn’t meet my expectation and I will try my best to not let it happen again now in 2020.
Every year we are told to create a New Years Resolution. This is not a bad thing however, you will still need a plan of action.
Otherwise, your New Years Resolution is nothing, but a dream.
Just talking about something is only the start, execution is required to achieve any sort of goal.
In 2017, I learned about affiliate marketing and set a goal to start my affiliate marketing journey by creating my very own website.
So the first step was to create my website.
I did thanks to Wealthy Affiliate, currently my number 1 recommended platform for newbies and pros alike.
If I never created my website, Smart Affiliate Hub wouldn’t exist today. And that’s the same attitude you need to have for your New Years Resolution.
Getting started is the very first and the most difficult step.
Instead of asking the simple, “What is your New Years Resolution for 2020?”
I’m going to ask you a few questions to help you improve your odds of success.
- How are you planning to achieve your New Years Resolution?
- What are the little goals that will help you achieve your New Years Resolution?
- When will you get started with your New Years Resolution?
- When do you want to achieve your New Years Resolution?
Since you’re here, I’m going to assume that you are interested in learning how to make money online.
If you’re not, that’s okay too. I wish you a Happy New Years and I hope that you can still learn a thing or two from this blog post.
Starting an online business is all about building a brand, a reputation for yourself.
Nobody will buy from you or listen to you unless you have some sort of influence.
That’s why influencers on YouTube are making a killer living. Companies love them because they drive the most attention (traffic).
YouTube is a great platform to get yourself known but at the end of the day. Creating your own foundation is just as much, if not more important.
We’ve all experienced the appearance and disappearance of Social Media and video platforms.
Let’s just say putting all of your eggs in one basket is not a smart move.
If YouTube disappears or becomes irrelevant thanks to another video platform.
You’ll have to regrow or get your audience to follow you again on a different platform.
Whereas your website is yours. No matter what happens to Social Media or YouTube, your website will still remain.
That’s why any reputable business (including local businesses) will have their own website.
I admit, my course is not the prettiest course out there. But it is written to help you get started today.
Anyways, Happy New Year for 2020! Stay safe out there and enjoy the beginning of another wonderful time.

Even though I won’t be actively monitoring Smart Affiliate Hub for the next few days. I will continue to pop in and out once in a while.
