When you’re an employee of a job, you’re basically at the bottom of the pit. Your work directly affects the income of your supervisors, managers, CEO and the owner.
What your supervisors, managers, CEO and the owner make in addition will not impact your paycheck at all because you’re paid on either an hourly wage or a salary.
It’s Not Exactly The Same As A Pyramid Scheme, But It’s Not That Much Better
Most people are aware of multi-level marketing (MLM) and to avoid it at all cost. Your job might not be a multi-level marketing pyramid scheme, but it’s structured like a pyramid which means what you’ll be earning is going to be far less than the people above you.
It’s a system that we can’t change because, in order for an employer to be able to afford to pay you, they must be able to profit from your work. However, you do have control over what you do to make money.

Instead of being at the bottom of the corporate chain, why not be the one at the top? Unfortunately, due to the cost and risk of starting a business, many people end up at the bottom because it doesn’t require huge investments and risks.
